Fitness

What is fitness?  One's ability to execute daily activities with optimal performance, strength, endurance, with the management of disease, fatigue, and stress... oh, and reduced sedentary behavior.  Kind of a mouthful, but very true.  Of course there are different levels of fitness- you don't have to run a marathon or go to the CrossFit Games to be considered fit.  The question is- can you complete everyday tasks easily?  Walking up stairs, running to catch your kids, yard work, etc?

I’m Holly- an Elementary teacher, turned CrossFit gym owner and coach.  I’m a busy wife and mama of two and passionate about SO many things- On a mission to live a full life and share some knowledge of what fuels my
